registration guide - transferring from another association
For players moving to Northwest Warriors from another Hockey Calgary association.

1. secure a valid Community Association Membership
- Obtain a current membership with your local community association.
2. ensure YOU HAVE a valid Parent CERTIFICATE
- Current Respect in Sport - Parent certificates will be recognized through the duration of their expiry
- Expired certificates will require certification in the NEW The Shift Forward - Parent program, please use this link: THE SHIFT FORWARD - PARENT
3. submit a pARENT declaration form & proof of residency
- Email the completed Player Declaration Form along with FOUR Proof of Residency documents and Proof of Birthdate to our Registrar at: registrar@nwwarriorshockey.com
- Acceptable forms of proof can be found on the Parent Declaration Form
4. await confirmation
- The Northwest Warriors Registrar will advise you when the transfer is complete and you can now register

- Search for your participant using the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) number or Date of Birth
- Please ensure that your address and email address is updated, your payment information is correct (and not expiring), fill out questionnaires, and review and acknowledge waivers.
- You can add Development Programs before Checkout
INTERESTED IN COACHING YOUR CHILD'S TEAM?
- You must have your own profile in Spordle to register as a Coach
- Please do not select Coach Registration under your child's profile
- If you have your own profile, you can select 'Add Another Participant'
