NWW learn to play - flames try hockey program

This program is a partnership initiative designed to introduce new players to the game and grow participation in minor hockey, delivered at the association level with support from Hockey Calgary and the Calgary Flames. Ice times begin with a focus on skating fundamentals and progress to core hockey skills.

NWW Learn to Play is open to anyone who has not participated in organized hockey. It is not a learn to skate program - basic skating skills are required.
