refund policy

• 100% refund – if requested before Evaluations begin
• 75% refund – if requested before player placement on teams
• 50% refund – if requested after placement, but before the Seeding Round begins
• No refunds once the Seeding Round begins in October, except in the case of a documented medical reason

Exceptions: Players or goalies who are evaluated and released due to insufficient space in the program will not be charged any fees.

All refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee regardless of cancellation date.
