NWW Player development program
Our goal is to give every family and player their preferred hockey experience. The NWW Player Development program is geared towards families that want a bit more hockey: more coaching, more development and more opportunities for growth - at a reasonable cost!
Eligibility: Open to all players registered with the Northwest Warriors
Location: Sunday mornings at West Hillhurst Arena
Schedule: Sessions run Sundays from 7:30 AM to 12:15 PM. Players are assigned to groups based on age and skill level. All sessions focus on individual skill development.

Small group environment: Maximum 24 skaters per ice time

AFFORDABILITY
At just $25 per session, this is one of the most affordable high-performance development options in Calgary
FLEXIBILITY
Players may move between available ice times
Ice times can be skipped as needed
Multiple ice times (“double dips”) are allowed when space permits

Cost: $275
Who: U9–U13 players (max 32/age group)
Times: 7:30 AM, 8:45 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:15 AM (max 24 skaters per ice time)
Focus: Skating, puck skills, and individual offensive & defensive tactics
winter session
Dates: January X – February X (7 ice times)
Cost: $175
Who: U9–U13 players (max 32/age group)
Times: 7:30 AM, 8:45 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:15 AM (max 24/ice time)
Focus: Skating and individual skills, with an increased emphasis on small group tactics and competitive elements including checking, team defense, and offensive play.
