Esso Minor Hockey Week Update- Monday, January 15
34 NWW teams entered the weekend with a clean slate and hopes of EMHW glory! After a wild opening weekend featuring blowouts, shootouts and shutouts, 25 remain on their quest for the banner!
Undefeated so far are U11-1 Blue, 3 White, 4-Blue; U13-1, 2-Blue, 4-White; U15 BC2, NBC-2, NBC-4; U18 BC2, NBC-1.
Already punching their tickets to the semi finals are: U11-1 Blue, U11-3 White, U13-1, 2-Blue, 2- White, 3, 4-White, U13-6 and U18 NBC-1 Blue!
Special shoutout to U11-1 Blue who won their games 8-3 and 8-1, U13-4 White with 8-0 and 6-3 wins, U15 BC2 who won 5-2 and 4-1 (over the previously undefeated Wolverines), and U18 NBC-1 who continue their strong play with 5-2 and 4-1 wins over the weekend!
Today’s schedule features U13-5 White vying for a Semi birth vs. Raiders, and U15 BC2, U15 BC3 and U15 NBC3 in quarterfinal matchups. U11-4 White has a chance to punch their ticket to the Semis vs. Bow River so come out and show some support- 7:00pm at Crowchild!
